
Each year, PECPS students participate in academic competitions through ACE at the MS and Scholastic Bowl at the HS. Currently, the PECHS Scholastic Bowl team is 9-0 and will travel to Lunenburg on Monday, November 13th. Good luck, Eagles! Great things are happening at PECPS!

Current students from the Governor's School of Southside Virginia (GSSV) recently met with incoming GSSV students and families. The GSSV program, located at Southside Virginia Community College, includes students from neighboring counties. They attend daily classes on campus and will earn an Associate of Arts and Science degree while in high school.





The Farmville Fire Department Auxiliary recently donated two AEDs to PECHS. These life-saving devices are greatly appreciated. #communitypartners

Students from PECHS attended the annual Girl Power program. This event is sponsored by Virginia Electric Co-op in Palmyra, VA, to provide female high school students with information about careers in the energy field.

The Hearts of Virginia, a community group supporting families of loved ones with disabilities, will hold a Family Get-Together on November 13th at 5:30 pm. This event is not sponsored by Prince Edward County Public Schools.
