P-EBT Status Update: Starting August 31st, Summer P-EBT funds will be distributed to current SNAP and P-EBT cardholders. Newly eligible students will receive their P-EBT cards via US mail in the following weeks.
The Prince Edward County Board of Supervisors on will meet Thursday, August 31st, at 5:30pm in the Prince Edward County Courthouse. The primary agenda of this meeting is to discuss the PECES renovation project.

The Prince Edward County School Board will hold a special called meeting on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. to discuss the PECPS Strategic Plan. The meeting will take place in the Dr. James M. Anderson Jr. School Board Conference Room.

Schedule update: The MS Cheerleading tryouts will take place on 8/9, 8/10, and 8/14.
If you're interested in joining the MS football or cheerleading team, you still have a chance! Tryouts began this week, but it's not too late to participate. However, before doing so, make sure to get a sports physical. For those interested in volleyball and soccer, tryouts start on 8/14.
The PECPS school board will meet on Wednesday, August 9th, at 5:30 pm. You have the option to either watch the meeting online or attend in person. The public participation section is scheduled to start at 5:45 pm. Tomorrow, a link to the live broadcast will be posted.
