Did you know? Measles is highly contagious, especially for those who are not vaccinated. The Virginia Department of Health and your primary care provider are good resources for questions or concerns. PECHS is proud to spotlight the amazing work happening in Coach Makinsβ Introduction to Theatre class! πππ
On Thursday, April 30, students stepped into the role of the teacher, working in groups to design and deliver their own lessons. Each group created a mini-lesson focused on a specific element of theatre, incorporating instructional strategies, engaging activities, and opportunities for their classmates to learn by doing.
From breaking down what makes a strong script to leading interactive improv exercises, our students did an incredible job teaching and learning from one another. Their creativity, collaboration, and confidence were on full display as they took ownership of the classroom and truly brought theatre to life.
We are so proud of these Eagles for rising to the challenge and demonstrating excellence through student-led learning! π¬π
